Currently, the design of low-power transmitters using ultra low supply-voltage is growing rapidly. It serves several applications, such as wireless sensor network, radio frequency identification, biomedical implantable electronic system, etc. In my current research, I have interest to develop fully integrated of ultra low-voltage power amplifier in CMOS technology. Utilizing TSMC 65-nm and 180-nm CMOS tehnology library, I am doing pre-layout and post-layout simulation with RF-spectre cadence and golden gate environment.
